Lady Gaga is excited not only about her just-announced performance spot on the MuchMusic Video Awards on June 21 but the show’s hosts and fellow performers, The Jonas Brothers.

“I love The Jonas Brothers, they’re very talented,” said Gaga, as her friends call her, down the line from a tour stop in Melbourne, Australia, yesterday.

“I met them once at (MTV’s now defunct show) TRL (Total Request Live). I’d like to have a foursome with them!”

When reminded that the teenaged brothers wear “promise” rings to stay virgins until marriage, the 23-year-old singer-songwriter responded: “That’s fabulous!”

On a more serious note, Gaga — whose latest single is Love Game — said she was thrilled to find out about the MMVA performance spot.

“I’m excited to be there, I’ve always been fantasizing about doing awards shows. I’ve done a couple other awards shows, but this is a pretty big one for me.”  Sun Media
