Warren Cosford is reporting that Astral Radio Toronto has undergone another staff shuffle. Unconfirmed as having been let go are news assignment editor Eileen Berardini, evening news anchor Bob Komsic, weekend morning host John Donabie, and Melissa Boyce who was handling promotions for CFRB – and on the FM band, Chris Biggs, Taylor Kaye and Jimmy T.
Rob Basile, formerly of The Bounce in Halifax has been appointed Music Director for Virgin99 in Toronto, replacing Wayne Webster who was hands-on in the successfully launch of BOOM Radio. Webster continues to sit on the Virgin 99 music meetings and continues his involvement in programming Iceberg 85.
